Before sending us your mobile phone, please read our terms and conditions.

1. Boots mobile phone and inkjet cartridge recycling initiative is run in partnership with Redeem plc.

2. Points will be issued according to the value when you register your mobile via www.boots.com/recycle or by calling 08453 70 70 17. This points value will be valid for 30 days. For unregistered phones points will be issued according to the value upon receipt. Redeem shall check the model and determine whether a mobile phone is working upon receipt. A working phone has to switch on, have no water damage and an undamaged screen.

3. Points will only be issued for non damaged inkjet cartridges on the qualifying list, visit www.boots.com/recycle for more details.

4. Points will be issued to the Advantage Card holder as stated on the entry form. You must provide your Advantage Card number. The promoter will not be held responsible for any error by the participant.

5. If your phone or inkjet cartridge is received without complete contact details, the value of the returned items will be donated to charity.

6. Redeem will not be responsible for mobile phones and inkjet cartridges lost, missing or stolen during transit. Mobile phones and inkjet cartridges that are missing will only be credited if a valid proof of postage can be provided.

7. The offer is limited to 6 phones per household in any 6 month period. The value of items returned beyond this limit will be donated to charity.

8. Mobile phones, accessories and inkjet cartridges cannot be returned once received.

9. Any SIM cards received by Redeem will be destroyed and phone memory cleaned where possible.

10. Redeem may in its sole discretion refuse to accept mobile phones. Details of mobile phones that are suspected through our records of being stolen may be referred to the appropriate authorities for further investigation.

11. Dealers and stockists are excluded from this offer.

12. Information provided shall be used by Redeem in order to process the offer and despatch points. All data shall be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

13. Charity donations will be split equally between The Eve Appeal (registered charity no. 1091708) and Breast Cancer Care (registered charity no. 1017658).

 

Extra Offers Kiosk Promotional Code

1. You will receive 100 extra Advantage Card points providing that a qualifying mobile phone has been received and a valid promotional code from an Advantage Card Extra Offers Kiosk has been entered in the checkout section of the website when registering your details online.

2. This offer is only available when you recycle a mobile phone that is listed on this website and is worth 300 points or more. The offer is per registration when recycling a qualifying mobile phone, not per mobile phone. Inkjet cartridges are excluded from this offer.

3. This promotion is valid from 1st September to 30th September 2008.
